  • Due to their extremely high volume of parcels, the United States Postal Service is unable to individually verify the status of every delivery. Therefore their records of your package being delivered to our warehouse can often be incorrect. Aeolus Shipping is not liable for any delays for packages shipped via USPS or any other Carrier.

  • Due to the volume of packages being cleared and charged on any given shipment, Aeolus Shipping is unable to contact you at the time of clearance to ensure timely processing. To ensure your shipments are cleared within the specified time frame, Aeolus will accept valuations or duty assessments and prepay customs charges on the User's behalf. It is the User's responsibility to be aware of the customs charges that apply to items they import. All packages with a total value of USD $100 or more are subject to customs charges.

  • Aeolus Shipping typically facilitates up to 3 flights per week. Packages delivered to our warehouse between Monday and Wednesday are expected to be available in Jamaica by Friday evening, while packages delivered on Thursday or Friday are expected by Tuesday evening. The cut-off time for shipments is 4 PM on Wednesdays and Fridays. In the event of any delays, we generally accommodate additional shipments to ensure timely delivery.

  • Two possible reasons for this are: Your full Aeolus Shipping address was not entered during the online checkout process, or the shipper did not label your package with your complete delivery address.

  • To help us serve you better and expedite your package clearance, please submit all order invoices through Pre-Alert at https://aeo.tasoko.com/prealerts. Invoices are required for customs clearance.

  • Yes, we accept Debit & Credit Cards in-store only. We accept cash and bank transfers on delivery.

  • Log in to your Aeolus account at https://aeo.tasoko.com to track your package in real-time. Each package is assigned a unique AWB# for easy online tracking. You will also receive email notifications whenever your package status is updated.iption

  • We provide doorstep delivery, and you also have the option to use third-party island-wide delivery services like Knutsford Express or Zipmail. To request delivery, call or WhatsApp us at 876-828-4214.

  • The Fort Lauderdale Warehouse is open on Weekdays from 9am - 5pm and on Saturdays from 9am - 2pm. Packages scheduled to be delivered on Sundays or US Federal Holidays are usually left in the dropbox or rescheduled by the shipper.

  • Login to your Member Portal at https://aeo.tasoko.com/ to track your package in real time. Each package is assigned our unique Waybill # to easily track online. Email Notifications are also provided everytime the status of your package is updated.

  • No. In order for us to maintain our quick delivery times, our warehouse schedules each package to be shipped once it's received and processed.
